Hi I'm new to this forum. I'm trying to determine the process for transferring the ownership of a deceased property to the beneficiary. A will has been done and the grant of probate has been approved (waiting for the letter).
I also want to know if I need to use a lawyer to do the transfer or whether I can do it myself. Thank you in advance for your responses. |
