QUOTE(tomokomiki @ Dec 4 2019, 02:55 PM) You are still young, boy ...not as excited as my 3rd car - ford Kuga. This is my fifth. decision purely based on reliability. Otherwise i would have gone with those known "unreliable" european/american ie peugeot/vw/ford, which if you break down in outstation, you cant find a single workshop who knows how to fix including their so call sc. furthermore, all parts replacement required weeks of waiting. been there done that, enough with the hassles. Hmm.. Actually newer Mazda parts is also not that common and the spare part price is also quite high if compare to like Toyota or Honda. Mazda now is almost like Japanese BMW and tried to be pioneer in term of technology advancement. If anything went wrong for your new 2.5T engine, mostly will have to tow back to official SC for warranty claim. But if you ask me if drive or own a BMW or Merc, even tho the reliability is not that great but a lot of road side mechanic can fix and spare parts (old or new) are available plenty if compare to Mazda. Because of the brand popularity, a lot of spare part shop & half-cut shop does keep a lot of their stock ready. I were also a Japanese car lover but recently i have seen a few of my friends converted to BMW/Merc after find out that aftermarket parts is quite reasonable and not that expensive as claimed.
