Just encounter road bully.

Chinese guy driving Toyota Sedan force me to stop by cutting my lane dangerously. After vehicle stationary, he got down; kick my door and pull out my car plate.
All his action capture on my cam.
I already made a police report, submitted the video to the Police. Since it's police case so I can't show it here now.

The inspector prefer to have both party win-win.
Which I don't mind but I want the compensation for the damages caused by him.
Car door slight dent and car plate ripped.

How to go about it? Getting a lawyer likely to exceed the damages.
He still got 4 outstanding saman amounting RM730.

Last night I am thinking this way. After thinking thru, I won't have this case close.
Seriously seeing he have 4 summons and recklessly cutting me last night and endangering other road users; the last thing I want is to let other car users being victim again.
See how he block other cars by going onto opposite lane.

He can apologize and pay for the damages but that will only reduces his sentence when he meet the judge.

Hmm since he physically damaged your car then i dont think u can claim from his insurance.

Not sure why u dont want to show the video here, other ppl would have viral it in FB already for mob justice.
Anyway if u prefer to wait police do their job then go ahead.

As for your damaged car, you can repair it now keep the receipt for compensation or wait for police to catch him.
And if u are kind u can just knock back the dented door, otherwise change the whole door tongue.gif

Depends. Some don't like to viral or create a big fuss although sometimes this manner can get your stories 'viral' and news spread fast.

Some of them will never repent and always have the mindset that they can get away scot-free.

At least you're not physically harmed; yes, probably scarred for some time as the memories may be there but will go away eventually. These sort of drivers are just having a very big ego problem and find it hard to lose.

Then again, the moment this case gets viralled or shared, likely he might be afraid and repent and realise the error of his ways.

You can report to crime police, instead of traffic.

We cannot let this kind of people walk away without teaching them a lessons. This is happening because nobody want to take action on them. Police not doing their job and victims finding it too much hassle. I hope you insist on this case and not let him go.
