I just want to stay in a condo/apartment that doesn't have all these added facilities, rather just pay for the basics like apartment/condo upkeep. For those pool or gym, i rather go to a reputable place that actually takes care of their equipment and pool.As they required constant common maintenance....

Thing is in Malaysia, if you buy those apartments/condo with no facilities is considered like PPR.
