It's viral in social media these 2 days, not sure either prepaid or postpaid plans as you also noticed that Hotlink Flex Plus Fiber is contract based. And there is catch too, no hotspot quota included. For me, I'll watch and see CLEARLY their terms after 4th June. I was one of early Maxis postpaid unlimited users back in 2013, but they quietly implemented quota and FUP policy without prior notice and ignore postpaid users. Then jumpship to other Telcos which offered better deals, after Maxis became MaxShit. FYI, their Hotlink brand no longer prepaid as they mixed with Fiber plan with 24 months contracts. Therefore, there is NO details regarding this Hotlink Unlimited yet. Just wait and see their terms first.
