Hi , My Grab got suspended for unknown reasons... now I cant book rides , food etc etc … how to reactivate back... I am a platinum user , who has been using grab from My teksi days... is there a call center to check ????

Why u asking here? Just goto Grab website submit ticket.

But i believe your account is suspended due to dupe. They probably will not un-suspend just like what they did to me.

Nonetheless they can only advise u to create a new account, by using a different phone and different number.
Cant use back same phone or might get suspended again.

"Very hard to get grab nowadays, i offer u RMXX to fetch me every morning" (Driver sure reject if stay different area)
"Later can u fetch me back to XXXXX" - This after dropping customer
"I mau go KLIA on next monday, can u fetch me ah?"

For driver time is money, we fetch u from A to B according to apps only, u mau pusing pusing please order taxi who running meter ok.

sendiri one fucked up customer, but blame the driver.

no wonder kena reported so many time and get banned at last.

I've been using the app for years, and today surprisingly my rider account is suspended. The message given on the app is they found suspicious activity on my booking which is against their code of conduct blah blah blah. I swear I have done nothing "suspicious"!

I filed an appeal using their form, and usually how long does it take them to respond though the form mentioned 5 working days.

It Takes roughly 10 days to get everything sorted , best to email and push them also..

yea well it was a good 3 weeks without grab... tried my car , some areas are ok and some are not... i think still lack of drivers in my car... the only thing leceh was airport trips ,... had to rely on KLIA Express.... which is not bad because of the check ins.. but slightly more expensive than grab..

lets be responsible e-hailing riders and drivers... dont simply simply complaint , but yea the grab customer service is pretty bad at least for call center , emails also takes a few days to respond..

I've not used grab for over three months and wallet still have balance (cant remember how much). Now I want to use it and found it was suspended w/o notice! wtf! I dont even know when I was suspended and what happened to my balance? Tweeted Grab and they still havent respond for over one week now

Check your grab "message" section.

Grab will send warning/ reminder message to the app if grab received multiple complains on that particular riders.

Dont bother to call grab office to find out details, they won't entertain any enquires on this matter.
