What kind of greedy company is this? The router and BTU they provide is crap plastic maybe costs only less than RM300 in bulk orders.
What else? The crappy free installation they give for first 20 metre? That's like 3rd world standard, no more fibre wall socket, no demarc box outside just pull fibre from tiang outside into your one and use cheap mechanical connectors after stripping the fibre cables.
If you've seen how they do it in first world countries, the installers will use 2 different fibre cables outside/inside your home before/after the demarc box which sits outside before entering your home, they splice the cable in your fibre wall socket(not use mechanical connectors to avoid high loss to your signals) then place the fibre wall socket before you use a patch cable to connect your BTU.
All these cheap stuffs and they force you to compensate them 24 months in full? Blood suckers!
Even the Unifi Air which imposed 24 months is BS. Does the modem costs as much as RM79 x 24 mths? If people terminate just ask them to pay the modem price in full and probably a small early termination fee of RM200 la why 24 months in FULL?
