I have recently got my keys to a subsale. However, the previous owner had cut off the water and electricity to the unit. Even the meter also taken out from the outside. Would like to ask from fellow brothers/sisters here, how to apply for electricity and water supply to the house? Where can I apply from? Is there a single unit like UTC that do all or I have to apply TNB and Syabas separately?

Please advice.
