Now pdrm has streamlined and centralised their eksiden reports purchasing process. The report (keputusan kes and even the preliminary report) can only be bought at the IPD of the area (at least true for PJ area).

What you went through was indeed same as mine, but they didn't compel me/you to use that service. You decline politely, say you have already contacted the insurance panel and be done with, nothing corrupt about that IMO.

If the case was clear cut with ample evidences it is the fault of whichever party, keputusan kes will come out within the stipulated time frame i.e. 2weeks from the date of initial report. Mine even got the keputusan slightly earlier, coz I whatsapp-ed the sarjan and she told me result was already out, just go buy at IPD
