Well its celcom. Their website isn't mobile friendly up until 1-2 years ago. Their mobile app has gone through multiple refresh and rebrand with crappy non untuitive ui every time. Their network hasn't got volte and vowifi support yet while the underdogs umobile and yes4g got it for a few years already. They're the cimb of mobile telco.

True on that point. But if compared to celcom on other points they've already got mobile friendly site since few years already and i believe they've only refresh their mobile app once and both the old and new ones are okay-ish. Felt like celcom only outsourced to cronies co that hired freshgrads paid with peanuts wage doing half asses job.

Slightly unrelated but I wasted like rm60 on this shit app when I wanted to purchase extra rm20 data. All because on the page with the button to confirm the purchase, the app didn't redirect me back to the previous page although I clicked on the confirm button.

Turns out the network was slow and all three of my clicks registered as separate purchases. :X
Called them to complain and they politely told me to piss off.

Lol man report to mcmc lah. Got similar experience with them few years back. Got sms for promo reload rm10 got free rm10 so i reload rm10 and do got extra rm10. Turns out the promo got tnc that they failed to mentioned, got validity of 2 days only and will be forfeited. 2 days later the rm10 bonus credit do get forfeited, sure ok I don't mind the rm10 because its free in the first place even if they forgot to mention the validity. The best part is they also took my rm10 credit that i paid lol.

Asked their support forum about it and they admit they've fucked up their system. Asked for my rm10 to be refunded back but they also passive aggressively told me no. Called their cs but the girl also did the same thing even with "kalau incik nak report mcmc itu hak incik" when I mentioned mcmc. Got me really pissed off to file an online report at mcmc site, gave whole screenshot of the forum too showing how they've handled my enquiry. A week later got a call from celcom that they're refunding me back, plus apologizing for their sohainess. Felt gooding yo
