Hi. I signed up a HSBC credit card through Ringgitplus and eventually i received email from RinggitPlus saying that I won a sign up gift offered, an ipad mini.

They asked me to allow for 21 working days for gift to delivery to my hand starting from 8th Feb 2022.

However, until this minute, I have not receive my gift. Asked RinggitPlus via email and Facebook about this. However, no definite answer given to me when i will receive my gift.

Anyone have similar experience? If i want to make complaint about this, is it appropriate to complaint to Consumer Dept under KPDNHEP?
