definitely will be congested just look at the ppr and nearby shophouses or sri mutiara. It is hectic but again, every rumawip or lowcost apartment also has the same issue. (Even some condos same thing will happen like sri Putramas that side) Not enough parking and too many cars in one family ma.

somehow I agree with this. very difficult to escape the busyness and congestion of KL. Need to make yourself use to it.

you may go to their website residensi wilayah. contact the sales rep from the developer UDA. They can give you the latest chart. I think now all higher floors facing pnb118 fully booked. later will ask the sales to send me latest chart.

Agree. Now alot chasing for cheras/ikea/trx view which is the unit 5 from the chart. Thanks to Pr1ma there, the cemetery view is mostly blocked. btw the sales chart is basically all booking fee paid on the selected unit. not confirm yet. as buyers need to go through screening by rumawip and alot of docs submission. but not difficult to get approved though.

Received the green light from kwp to proceed on buying... Yayy.

Booked unit 5 two weeks ago. Hope this project goes smoothly. Anyone has any idea the tender cost for this project?

Would you all prefer unit 12(facing pnb118, corner unit) or unit 5 (facing trx 106, corner unit)?

This project is almost certain to complete. but knowing is under UDA, quite a numbers of their previous projects delivered late VP. Even site clearing has not been done yet let alone machine mobilization.

Looks like the dispute between the landowners and UDA must've been settled behind closed doors if the latter got the DO and the sale can commence without any issues.

Earlier post highlighting the dispute between the landowners and UDA regarding this project.

both are with nice view. but pnb118 view sold out the fastest.
