After you live in the hotel 30 years, you own nothing
But just a hundred thousands of room card and laundry bag.....
Maybe slipper,tooth brush,shampoo
Mineral water

But if you paid monthly instament for 30 years, you own a house.

Am i correct?

Not true since you are debt free, you can use your liability as asset to grow your wealth.
You cannot gain form property until you sold it.
Neil Patel and Nicholas Darvas is notable people I know that live in hotel.
No stress in cleaning and maintaining as well.
