 oem windows 8 product key laptop, windows 8 clean install

I hav a laptop with oem windows 8 on mobo,
if I insert a brand new ssd and do windows 8 install, will it auto regconize the oem key?

yes as long as its the same motherboard and after that just upgrade to windows 10 for free

1. The Windows key is embedded inside the BIOS so you don't have to worry about losing it as long as you didn't change the motherboard
2. Depending on your Windows 8 version, if it's home, you can switch to Windows 10 Home. If it's Windows 8 Pro, you can switch to Windows 10 Pro
3. Install Windows 10 directly instead of Windows 8. Windows 8 is slow, outdated & has lots of issues
4. Refer to my signature on how to prepare a Windows 10 USB installer
5. Enable Secure Boot (if available) in your laptop BIOS
6. Disable CSM or legacy BIOS in your laptop BIOS
7. Enable Fast Boot (if available) in your laptop BIOS

Yes, as long as the motherboard is the same, and you may then upgrade for free to Windows 10 after that.
