ok so about a week ago i subscribed the unifi 59 plan with mnp means with no charges whatsoever for the sim. Received it in good and all port-in went well. I tried unifi before at my place it's pretty good, acceptable. That's why i go for this plan, then after i tried it with this plan it sucked. so bad.. I haven't received any charges yet. It said the bill will start at beginning december so I thought like is it possible to cancel the plan without any charges ?

59 if not mistaken is a special promo for the existing unifi postpaid 99 plan with unlimited call, sms, data and the reason for special price is it was bind by contract for 12 month. I think it will be difficult to cancel the plan as cancel under contract period mean you need to paid the rest of subscription fee as stated in the faq (If you terminate your line and are still serving your contract period, you will be charged with early termination fees based on the remaining months). You can try to talk to tm or ask others on how to terminate without penalty but I think the chances are low.

TM penalty clause is what keep me away from part of their services which other telco penalty is 500 which is much more reasonable.......

If they die die want you to fulfill the contract then I think not much you can do. Worst case scenario, you can try complaint to mcmc but I doubt it will be helpful as the tnc of penalty cancellation was there when you sign up for the promo.

Sorry to say that but there are high chances you need to live with the internet for a year. If that is the case, then what you can do is find a way to improve the data speed.

u need to have smartphone support band 5/38/40..i think thats unifi band

Using redmi 5 plus , yes it supports all the band but at my place there's only band 5 and i assume it's pretty congested.
What else option I have to improve my connection?

band 5 is bad..i got only 5-12mbps..average is 5mbps..but its ping stabil enough to play online game..50-90ms..nothing u can do..just need to wait the add LTE tower

Not necessary. Band indicates the frequency it uses. Typically, you will get better experience on band 38 and band 40 as it's a higher frequency band.

For your information, band 38 is running on higher frequency than band 40 does so band # does not indicate the frequency/experience you might get.

on band 40 i got 20-50mbps..average 25mbps..i use b618 65d..not sure about band 38..maybe b618-22d user can tell here
