Infinite IPTV cannot watch

Hi ... im new here. anyone have issues with infinite box iptv.
i bought infinite box last year. it says a lifetime iptv inside (actually just for 5 years). recently all channels cannot load. went to to seller but the shops closed since march this year. pls sifu help me |

yeah my infinite kaboom too, used around 1.5 years only....
