I took out this sensor and solenoid valve from my condo. We have a gas pipe system at our condo.
This thing was installed by developer and I have no use for it since I am using induction cooktop.
What you get is a sensor with a buildin alarm that plugs into a wall outlet.
And it has a cable that runs from this sensor to a solenoid shutoff valve that will stop any more gas from going thru if it detects a gas leak.

Selling what you see in the photos. Some parts like the pipe (yellow) you might not need. I am not sure if you can use this with a gas tank setup but I think its possible (ask me and I will explain why I think so)

I have check with the company Alpha Flowtech selling this and its around 500-600.
You may need someone knowledgeable to install this for you (at your own expense)
