the bill payment section in POS app is loading forever. anyone got same problem?

Just knew about tnb payment directly via TnG app. Hopefully this time it's a permanent feature. Although I'm still scarred from last year's POS and FoneApp suddenly removing the feature when I already loaded the wallet
