I paid TNB using POS app, but couldnt get the receipt, any idea where to retrieve?

FYI, pay via Pos app dont give proper tax invoice, for those company claim. They will only send an ipay88 receipt but will mention is POS Malaysia payment, no indication of TNB and account number
