as far as what i see, if small amount they won't block...
The limit of my paying TnB bills = the amount they give me Rm 1.5 voucher...

Recently no Rm 1.5 voucher, Uncle Haloperidol very sad.

go to 7-11 lo. somemore TnG reward u quite a lot. example u reload RM30, u got RM3 from TnG. current campaign.

From my record, I purchase Softpin via Elinking for TNG Wallet, no more fees imposed.
But also can't use any discount voucher most of time.

One of my Elinking account can use 50 cents voucher for RM50 tng pin, but can't anymore due to no stock. 

rewards with grab points using grabpay.
I gonna try this soon.
