just now, i tried to use RM1 --min spend RM60 for TNB .

I typied RM60 .
the voucher did not materialized .
and i did NOT CLICK "confirm "

the transactions still get through ... ...

Now all the new bill payment voucher come with "partial" ....... what does this mean ?

Another issue was , this was how i pay TNB :

1. Top up Grabpay using CC
2. Top up elinking with #1
3. Buy TNG soft pin with #2.
4. Go 7-11 pay TNB with TNG .

But now that TNG soft pin have whopping RM0.50--2 fee .
i still have ~RM300 in elinking + RM500 grabpay

any idea how to use them to pay TNB ?
