think u just need to back, then make payment again. ur payment will become pending status there until paid.

actually the 7-11 voucher quite good. coz i topup shopee pay use TnG at 7-11, can utilize that voucher. 7-11 is RM26 off RM3. so that is more than 10% off to top up shopeepay.

this i know why, coz many paid TNB today especially. now they need to pre-pay TNB first. the money we just deposit to them, they need took few day to get cash and pre-pay in TNB account.

wrong way already. anyway i must say that this kind of redemption is not conventional. u need to activate the code, then when u paid, RM125 successful, then in the successful page u will be able to click redeem rebate. ur wallet will be - 125 then +10
