Although I do recommend FoneApp more because can reload exact amount (in multiples of 10) and then can pay the bill amount exactly to the cent.Elinking need top up in fixed amounts (RM 5, 10, 20, 30, 100 etc) and may be quite troublesome to top up to exact amount needed to pay your bill. Also, can pay in multiples of 1 only. No cents |
