Why load into BP first? hmm.gif
Why cannot load directly into e-wallet? hmm.gif
All 3 major e-wallet players do accept credit card for top up the fund.

no lar, just pulling his legs, since he asked can use CC or not? can use even up to 2 cards if he wants. actually is a good idea, 1st can get CB, then can get Big Points, its a win win situation

Another question, if paid bills via this Pos Mobile apps, what transaction does it consider? if use Boost, in their mission, we have to scan and Pay and then also bill payment say for RM100. So for this, consider as scan and pay? or bill payment?

boost doesnt know you are paying bills or whatnot with posmobile app

boost only know the payment (deduction) is for posmobile app (its merchant)

similarly with cards, you go Tesco buy 1001 stuffs. Does card bank know you are buying the individual item 1, item 2, item 3,... item 1001? or does the card bank only know you are buying from Tesco?

Why not CC -> Bigpay 1%-6% and CC -> Ewallets 1%-6%?
BP -> Ewallet can give you 1%-6%?

Yes. Just paid TNB bill with Boost ewallet via POS Malaysia Apps. No need go to POS PAM kiosk or go to Mynews kiosk which now claimed offline for bill payment.

there is a limit per month for CC (5-6%) rebate...RM600 spend = RM30 cashback max....

Spending RM600 CC -> BP -> e-wallet is the best option, compare to RM300 CC -> Bigpay and RM300 CC -> Ewallets

You have only 1 credit card, ie PB Visa Signature / Quantum MasterCard?
Most of the credit cards will give you 0.15%-0.3% rebate/reward (including PB Quantum Visa), still better than 1BP per RM10 (equivalent to 0.1% or less). smile.gif

I have both... but my monthly spending more than RM1200...

the tricky of using BP is not to redeem cash value... is to redeem the flight in airasiabig.com in much cheaper cost... when promo time, those flights are deep discount than airasia.com (sometime RM50-100 cheaper per ticket), but criteria is you need 100 BP mininum + topup cash to redeem those cheap flight... BP is the entrance ticket to buy free flight/promo flight/ or fix point flight during peak period.

I notice paying TNB in posmobile, if use e-wallet then no service charge... if you select fpx then got RM0.50... i guess they are encouraging the usage ewallet.

really hope TNB does not ask Pos malaysia to take down the bill payment like e-pay case halfyear ago...

Both Pos Malaysia and TNB are GLCs; they should be supporting each other.
From my understanding, e-pay is not government related company.

i think is not due to GLC or non-GLC... TnB intention is to encourage all web paying customer using their own myTnB app to pay (to encourage usability of myTnB and to reduce agent fee for 3rd party payment platform since they have their own web/app)... and for offline payment like 7eleven, pos office, they need them because TnB do not have that many branches to collect offiline payment...
