Would like to seek for advice and any mother have similar case before? Due to recently me and my wife is extremely worry the situation of the baby.

It suppose is a good news to us, unfortunately before getting this news my wife is taking 1 skin product - call Accutane - given by Dr. Ko dermatologist.
It was our mistake that didn't survey much of this medicine what will be affecting, we only know it shouldn't pregnant while taking the medicine.
We just thinking the medicine is controlling hormone - it might hardly get pregnant so are recommend to stop 4 weeks only can proceed for pregnant.

After my wife period was late for 1 week, she stop taking the medicine (thinking is the medicine side effect affecting her period) - her period suppose to come on 18 Oct.
two weeks ++ later her period still not coming, we took a pregnancy test (two times), both showing negative sign - the time are 3rd of next month.

1 week later 9th of Nov, we went to gynae clinic to check plus scan, the result is negative (not pregnant) too. Dr. given 10 days medicine to trigger the period - in case there's baby, the medicine will not harm.

2 weeks later period are still not coming, we take another pregnancy test - the exciting news is the test is positive. But the bad thing is we start googling online to check what Accutane will affect to the baby.

We consult back to the Dr. And very sad news is the Dr. advice us to abort it and telling us there's no one will take the risk. We really sad, but after discuss with my wife and family, we plan to visit another Specialist at hospital, and the Dr. are giving us very good explaination and hope - we definitely no need to abort it.

Me and my wife is happy to heard this from Dr. We will going back for another checkup after 2 weeks.

Ofcourse i still have my worry toward is this situation, really ok for us? Is the Accutane really won't affect the baby growth?
Almost everynight i doing research and still worry, anyone of you or relative are having similar case? And can i know do that decide to continue deliver the baby? Are the baby healthy?
