Eneloop Charger blinking light

Anyone using Eneloop charger here knows what is 4 blinking lights means?
Battery faulty unable to charge? 4pcs of the battery happens this issue while got few other pieces no problem. For clarity, the battery is Eneloop Lite (blue colour) AAA battery. |

my charger GP also same... blinking meaning the battery no longer can charge.
