Hi guys, just asking what is the best Warlock Staff/1H sword to go for at 70s before going to karazhan and suggest me some enchant into it

a nice general guide at the bottom but best to get input from others. i remember seen was going gaga over her Mana Wraith sword and another warlock guildmate had the sword from Honor Hold (Exalted) and Thrallmar (Exalted) has a similar sword as well.

Thrallmar sword + Heroic badge shadow dmg offhand + Wand from heroic UB.

But Honor hold archmage blade like taking forever to get exalted, can i replace it with sword of the horrid dream? And enchant +40spell dmg. Because my guild going to raid on 30th july so i need to rush and that offhand from heroic needs 25 heroic badge which is pain in the ass lol

Just get the greatsword. Why? Because greatsword drops in SL, which also drops two pieces of Warlock tier 3.5

Kill 3 birds with one stone.

if it's kara, you probably won't need to be so uber. it's nerf so much it's easy up to midway. then by the time u start on Aran onwards, it's easier.

chess event is a free epic gear up so that's pretty easy to get gear ups.

use superior wizard's oil and flask of supreme power. and there u go. boosted up.

Yeah slabs is a good place for u to gear up if u're a new 70 lock. However, I've only done slabs in auchindroun and I'm already halfway through revered and I've nvr seen the stupid robes of oblivion and greatsword dropped at all before!!

But it's better than grinding the damn honorhold/thrallmar rep's till exalted...i rather farm at slab its easier

BUT bear in mind that the thrallmar exalted sword is BETTER than the slabs sword (one being epic the other being blue :b ) so it SHOULD be harder to farm the rep.

Getting the slabs sword is suppose to be the easier item to obtain before u get your epic sword from thrallmar rep. But at the way things are going...I shoulda been farming SH (

And curse all of you who thinks that warlocks can keep a mob CCed without having it broken to re-CC like mage CC and those who think we can chain fear 3 mobs!!!

getting exalted in HH is as painful as getting exalted with SL. bleargh. but I got my Gavel of Unearthed Secrets in the end.

And out of allt hat time, I never saw the sword drop from Murmur. So, your best bet is the Slabs sword.
