There is no OT term in military, eventhough u work 24hrs, we receive the same pay

Since they dont use diesel as main propulsion.... yes. But still, they have other factors which can effect this buoyancy too.

Using ballast tank.... by doing this, manufacturer can weigh the sub perfectly whether later on they need to put more weight or reduce it. The red buoy will be used for this purpose
