Hello everyone, this is my first lowyat forum post. I'm currently working for one of the Big 4 and am looking to explore other opportunities, in particular KWAP. Comparatively to EPF, PNB and Khazanah Nasional, there's not much juice on KWAP. Can any kind souls share more of a) the different departments in KWAP b) working environment (e.g. working hours, culture et.c) c) salary and employee benefits d) career progression. Also, is it generally difficult to apply to KWAP? Is it best to apply online or get referral from inside?
My background:
- accounting and finance (1st class honours from Taylor's University
- fairly active in extracurricular activities
- one year plus experience in the Big 4 in consulting arm (my first job)
Thanks a bunch!
