Dear sifus,

I would like to ask what action can I seek if let say I signed SNP for a undercon project with a developer at X price but now they have revised the price to Y price.
Meaning I'm paying more as first batch buyer compared to current buyer.

Thanks in advance.

I am not sure if there's any sort of action that you can ... as ... there's no clause preventing the developer to offer discount / rebate sad.gif

Maybe you can try going for tribunal ->

So sorry to hear that. How much is the price difference before and after?

I feel your pain. Since it's a significant amount, try talking to your conveyancing lawyers for a workaround solution before going for litigation, which can be messy and lengthy.

During launching, there will different prices for floor levels, unit address, unit direction, diff blocks, etc.

Is the different prices a discount?

That is what I thought as well initially but since he mentioned that the price difference was quite significant, than I guess probably not.

Highly impossible because he mentioned that it was directly from the developer. If subsale than would be a different matter as so will the contents of the SnP agreement.

I understand on the different units and floors and so on. I even went to sales gallery as shopper to understand the current price and it has been reduced significantly that is why am frustrated now.
Anyway am planning to talk to developer on this and see their action before going to tribunal/litigation.

Try to nego for 'free' maintainance fees to cover the diff. I think a refund is unlikely.

Yes, talk to them and see what they have to say about this. Do update us, to share your progress outcome on what happens after you have spoken to the developers 👌✌
