not sure anyone face this issue, I have subscribe 200G iCloud and I notice recently my iCloud stop to sync from the photo taken from iPhone to my MacBook. in my MacBook, it show is not enough storage, but I check and at least i have 80G plus available, is there anything I need to set or something ??

best case is to sign out of icloud on your mac then restart the mac, then sign back in and wait a couple of hours to reset the sync settings. that should help or maybe you need to download 3rd party app to confirm your mac storage coz it might not be showing the right storage size.
