Final thoughts
I really like the tool-free aluminum alloy design. Nice to touch when cool. Warm to touch when in use. The aluminum acts as a heatsink to the M.2 NGFF SSD inside.

The Asmedia ASM235 chipset gives good read & write speed.

Great to use as an OTG drive for my Samsung S9+ & Xiaomi Redmi Note Pro but will need a USB Type-C cable.

Ugreen defo making a case for the undecided to give their products a try with their sleek and minimal design and price point.

Excellent review. Keep it up mate.

That Asmedia chipset though no TRIM support at all. So occasionally have to take out and use a motherboard port to Trim occasionally.

The Orico one the all aluminum or the transparent one has a Trim compatible one, if anyone is interested. Still like my Ugreen one, quite easy to fix in a drive to copy off dead PCs.
