Final thoughts
It has a good sequential read/write speed. A great upgrade for computers with M.2 SSD slots.

It also makes a great external drive with the Ugreen M.2 Portable Hard Drive Enclosure 6Gbps CM238.

You are wasting its performance. It can go up to 564MB/s read & 526MB/s write easily. Get a better motherboard to test. tongue.gif

My Gigabyte X470 Auros Gaming 5 wifi motherboard's 2 m.2 slots all used by 512GB Samsung 970 Evo NVMe d. That's why got the external Ugreen M.2 SSD case to test instead of using. Maybe re-test using a USB C port on my motherboard and see.

So what motherboard are you using to test?
