May I know if anyone has details under usage charges on their bills? My usage charges increasing every month and I have no idea how it is charged. I called Maxis Customer Service to ask for details of breakdown and the lady told me that is a breakdown for the usage charge but for my subline they show breakdowns of Usage Charges under Domestic Charges for calls and SMS. Further checked, they have some deduction on those novel subscriptions and video services, I don't even recall subscribing to them, just receive the messages and open as read. I find it ridiculous when the lady explained the RM100++ charges for the Usage Charges may be due to overusing data exceeding your subscription plan so they charged extra on the exceeding data usage. 40GB per month and I can't even finish the data pool, so did I ever exceed when I don't even get to bring forward my unused data pool (if possible, hope you could set up new policy to deduct unused data pool, since I'm paying money for a certain amount but you didn't actually let me used all the amount I paid for maybe someone can explain to me if we are allowed to have this or virtual goods are under diff act or do their nonrefundable policy for block applied to postpaid data pool too?) The cumulated sum already enough for me to pay for two and a half monthly bills

Am I allowed to get reimbursement for these? The reimbursements are valid within how many months? I have checked all the bills till June and almost every month has these subscriptions. If the usage charges are not used by me, should I pay?
