 Hotlink Flex, Downgrade plan

I am planning to switch to hotlink flex. But I have questions. Can I downgrade plan. For example I want Rm60 plan. then next month change to RM40 plan.

can, but network is getting w̶o̶r̶s̶t̶ NOT AS GOOD as compared to Celcom... ayam regret

Did you proceed with your plan?
I thought when you take the RM1 phone plan, you will be tied to a 1 or 2 years contract?
