Hi, i'm keen to get a condo unit, and the owner doesn't want this to be an agent-based sale.

Questions:

- How will the deposit, etc work in terms of documentation?
- Does anyone know a reliable bank agent that can find me a suitable loan for this?

I already have my own lawyer for the SPA stuff, so i'm not too concerned about that part, only the first one.

Not necessary for deposit.

Instruct your lawyer to prepare the SnP and pay the 10% down on signing.

This can be done within a week after title search is in order.

Call any banks and the agents will start calling you for loan.
