Hi, I bought a few items from H&M recently and when I click on the tracking number. It says that my parcel is pending duty payment by customer. The courier partner appointment by H&M is not really responsive and I can't get through any of the numbers provided and no one is replying to my e-mail either.
Is there any other way that I can do this? Can I contact customs directly or something? Appreciate your help in this. Thanks.
