just wanna share, i bought an artic cooling freezer series from moderno too, but it's lga775 version for my old pentium processor. Doesn't work very well with prescott 3ghz+ series..The damn noise is still there.. but I suppose freezer 64 will work well with amd..since amd is more silent even with stock hsf..
