Hi Guys, not sure if this is a right place but does anyone know where I can change the "hook" (circled in red) for my bag? Currently it is easy to be hook and unhook and sometimes due to this ease, it actually hooked onto my bag and damages my bag.

You can replace the whole strap. Leather ones cost around RM79 and above. You can get those from shoe and bag repair shops like Mr. Key & Shoe, etc. |
