From Shah Alam, I believe the easiest way is to use Federal Highway then exit to New Pantai Expressway and then exit to Jalan Klang Lama. OUG area located near the end of Jalan Klang Lama, before Mid Valley. It's a bit confusing but that's my best explanation  |
