Yup i can see its tiring. Last time when i was admitted in hospital i saw the doctor reaching his final hour of shif. Already tired. Need to report to new shift before going back. Work from ER to ward.

But when i look the other perspective, if we work for short period let say 8 hours, there's not much to see the progress of the patients. And also the longer time meaning more patient. More patients more experience. More experience mean when u do locum, ur decision will be more confidence.

Anyway, the choice is yours.
