Bro, if u traced my posts u would know I finished my housemanship more than a decade ago. And trust me, u guys are already working flexible hours, not on call. We used to work 2 days 1 night straight, about 30h, and those were GOOD days. Bad days? 3 days 2 nights, about 60h.
WITHOUT sleep.
MOH have done much to lighten your burdens, and yet still cannot tolerate meh.

The moment u signed up for this job u would have already expected this. It is demanding. It tests your endurance. Without your housemanship, u won't get APC. Without APC, u don't have license. Without license, u cannot do anything. U cannot practice, u cannot teach. U don't have enough experience to work in any medical field. Your best best, in my opinion, is to get another degree.

My honest advice, take this pain and turn it into a pleasant journey no matter how hard it takes. U need this more than the job needs u. Pass your EOP, get your APC, then u decide how u want to live your life is up to u.

Michael Crichton was a doctor. He earned more writing a page of Jurassic Park than a thousand consultations. So it's not the end of the world. Find your niche area u good at.

Good luck.
