with market crashing , inclding KLSE.
in FB, can see many ppl complainining losing $.
This would help ppl sell ASNB fund to cover losses in KLSE Translate : ==> Easier to buy ASNB fund.

During MCO, people need more $ , as income/salary got cut.
during this difficult time, is it easier to get unit ?
and, next questions : those regularly buy , how does he/she able to have so much spare cash to buy ? i can only think of : 1. high income, have extra surplus to invest 2. do business, lots of extra surplus 3. those salaried workers, not much left after minus expenses.

QUOTE(Dd2318 @ Apr 26 2020, 08:22 PM) Dear Bro, I very senang after finish laundry..... 1. Malaysia gross savings rate has declined significant over last 10 years. Likely, people start chasing investments with high, sustainable dividends. 2. With lower FD rates some hardcore FD guys has intruded into ASX sphere n started cannibalising available units. Remember 2019, Asnb had roadshow promotion to increase investors awareness thru online application. People need not queue at asnb, banks to buy. I think this is major reason. ASX is inundated with many new-new n existing new investors, but not necessary high net worth...the customer investment $$$ breakdown supports this claim. 3. I think also, klse has been bleeding. Those cannot tahan further loss parking their money in ASX waiting for trend reversal before jumping in. 4. Of course, you r spot-on, those Snr ASNB members where their money seems to be growing on trees... Continue to buy $30k/shot. Dunno what biz/mnc/sector/Sgp they are in. 5. In summary, ASX investment flow cycle ties with the risk-on vs risk-off trends. I share thoughts,.... risk on/risk off really western investment/trading words for ASNB, no matter risk on/off, it';s always no units. now with MCO, those poor ppl would sell their little units to those rich shark to grab.

QUOTE(poweredbydiscuz @ Oct 19 2024, 07:31 AM) Sorry to hear that. For pembahagian harta pusaka by pejabat tanah, need to have an immovable asset (land or house) only can apply. For high court, must appoint lawyer. Have you check with amanah raya? we only have 20k left in the EPF, appppint lawyer min 5k and above. i guess the best bet is amanah raya . this is very disadvnatge ---> many ppl not able to claim their deceased parent wealth when amount not big .
