Good news for you. In my case, after my bank account has been verified, I'm allowed to update to another bank by clicking "kemas kini"

Hi,
I saw several posts about bank account verifications - when does the verification request appear?

I just logged in via the website and didn't see any verification messages - does this only apply for new unit purchases?

Thanks for sharing, looks like even now it’s still heavily focused in local investments.

“ To date, its overseas investment constitutes 16% of its portfolio, while the remaining 84% is invested in the local market.”

Plan to dispose my ASM2 holdings this month and reduce ASM3 next month, moving to international stocks. I’m better informed now on equity markets and can take on more risks given my age group.

Had good memories with ASNB returns about 5 years ago with 6% interest, for non-bumis that’s incredible.

Now those days are gone lol

Salam hormat taikos sekalian,
Can I just check if the direct transfer of units is still possible from 1 holder to another?
this can be done over the counter at any bank right?
Any time period restrictions for this transaction?

appreciate your advice notworthy.gif

Hi all
If I buy ASM1/2/3 units from someone else, say halfway through the dividend cycle, will I receive prorated dividend?

The moment units are transferred the dividend is "reset" right?

What I mean is, regardless whether you buy units from ASNB or transfer from someone else, the dividend is always prorated based on how long you hold the unit?

Hi all
Does anyone know if it’s possible to open a joint account for a married couple in ASNB?

Hi all
Are there any ASNB branches that are open on Saturdays for withdrawal/transfer transactions?

Hi all
For selling@redeeming units - you can sell at any agent including banks eg Maybank, and based on ASNB website transaction fee is RM1.

However for agent banks - must you have an account at the bank for this to work? (e.g. if I only have a Maybank account, I can’t go to a CIMB branch and ask them to help me do a ASNB unit redemption) ?

Got transactions fee huh??

How I didn't get charged 🤔🧐

Anyway...
People do at banks which they got account because of "contra" purposes... I mean $$$ directly into CASA...

If you do at others agents banks...
No such facilities.... But you may ask for hard cash... As long the branch got $$$ available... You good to go...

Kena robbed at traffic lights or car damage @ accident by theft..... Don't blame anyone ya....

Tried redeeming units at a tiger bank branch today - was told that “system is down” and without any indication on when it’ll be back online.

Seems that they were not particularly bothered about this issue and I’m guessing it’s because it’s not a revenue source.

Is this a common occurrence (not being able to perform transactions at ASNB agent banks because of system issues)?
