I've made purchases of units but always seems to get stuck after the page returns from bank web site (after click Return to FPX). Stuck at this URL: https://www.myasnb.com.my/fpx/receiptdirect with the message: Your transaction is accepted. Please Wait... The page just stops there and doesnt redirect to MyASNB page....anyone has such issue? my wife and i are having joint account which is used in her and mine ASNB account respectively. Since this new rule of cannot have the same bank account, how to resolve this? tried editing my wife's account and enter the same bank account number and get rejected saying bank account exist.
we've got no other bank accounts.

When I login to website, I'm prompted to verify mobile number through apps. I downloaded apps and tried to verify mobile but keep on getting Request failed with status 503 error.
I chat customer service and was asked to go to branch to verify mobile number. What kind of nonsense is all this?
Anyone has the same issue before?

Because when I did withdrawal... Asnb system didn't want to proceed my transaction... Forced to update all the details first.... One by one... Then print out pages of the details with mykad details too (A4 paper size).. cop here & there... Signed up some of the forms too.... To confirm all the details.... Then only can withdraw my $$$ in ASMx funds... Because of this, almost 30min wasted.... |

so meaning i need to go to ASNB branch to update the mobile number? Such a hassle, which contradicts the digitalization where it should make users' life easier. Tonight I tried to verify my mobile number again through the apps. This time I get the SMS TAC code but the apps is throwing error message: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined. REJECT CODE: ERR seems like a bug in the apps.
