Fixed Price Funds do better than Variable Priced Funds. One unit always = 1 RM.

Fixed Price Funds are ASB1, ASB2, ASB3, ASM1, ASM2, ASM3.

Depending on race/religion you may or may not be eligible for ASB funds, which tend to do slightly better than ASM funds.

ASB1, ASB2 funds are limited to an investment of 300k units but the balance can go above this due to interest being applied. ASB3, ASM1, ASM2, ASM3 funds are unlimited but subject to funds being available.

If you are entitled to ASB funds I suggest you start with ASB1 and ASB2. Once you have reached your investment limit, invest in ASB3, ASM1 if funds available, then ASM2, ASM3.

Historically (pre covid) returns across all funds were never less than 6%. Now they appear to be slowly recovering from a covid low of 3.75% and will probably be around 5% this year. ASB1 has already declared 5.25%.

When everyone expected 6% but final results is lower...

So better to expect lower... So not to get disappointed 🙏

Maintain the last year rate is good enough... Just don't drop lower.... Then another round of speculation....what did PNB do with the money....
