Operation hour for deposit is 2am to 11pm everyday, but it's somehow closed now. Did I miss out something?

If my ASNB is linked to Hong Leong bank on mobile, I can onlly withdraw online to Hong Leong account? If I withdraw over counter, can I do it at other bank beside Hong Leong? Any service charges?

Since the bug has already been fixed, I am terribly sorry for being unable to provide solid proof that is requested. If we look at the old screenshot, the inconsistency of having two different rates - 1.5% and 1.75% on the same page already shows something is amiss. Thank you to all sifu for your interest and help.
