Operation hour for deposit is 2am to 11pm everyday, but it's somehow closed now. Did I miss out something?

If my ASNB is linked to Hong Leong bank on mobile, I can onlly withdraw online to Hong Leong account? If I withdraw over counter, can I do it at other bank beside Hong Leong? Any service charges?

The next button is blank out too??

Everything is the same as usual. Just no error pop up. (1) Next > (2) Select Bank > (3) Next > (4) Loading > Back to (1). Just tried it seconds ago.

As per attached, any idea why the font is weird and thin? On desktop. It has been like this for the past few months.

Hello I was informed that the max amount for ASNB 1 is 300k?

Right now I check my account it already exceeded the amount by 50k, how does this work?

Isn't asnb unlimited? Do you mean asb?

Price per Unit - Selling and buying of unit is at NAV per unit. Upon purchase of units, a sales charge of 1.50% per unit will be imposed.

This is mandatory? There is another option "Investment Preferences". Dunno what's that.

Variable Price funds... Those with "national" name attached

So yeah, sales charge of 1.5% is mandatory....

Unlike Fixed price funds... Those "Malaysia" name attached

Weird. My Fixed Price fund has this sale charge option.

Weird...

I don't see that 1.5% or 1.75%  for ASM

🤔🧐

From my testings, those "sale charges" are found only on desktop web browsers. Mobile version does not has the charges.

Should be user error.

I only have "withdraw" option, no "sale" option for ASM.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I just re-login to check, it is somehow fixed.

Since the bug has already been fixed, I am terribly sorry for being unable to provide solid proof that is requested. If we look at the old screenshot, the inconsistency of having two different rates - 1.5% and 1.75% on the same page already shows something is amiss.

Thank you to all sifu for your interest and help. Wish you all happy investing.

Anyone is having hard-to-read font on ASNB desktop webpage? If yes, are you using Firefox?
