Hi guys, I tried opening an ASNB account at CIMB last week but there was no units available to purchase to open. However, there is no way to check availability of the units without an account.
I feel like I'm in a paradox haha. Any ideas on how I'm able to open an account? Perhaps a bank branch that is more helpful. |

To those who have trouble opening a new account since there always no units, you can open an account by buying a minimum RM10 on the variable-priced unit trusts (e.g. ASN Equity).
After that, you will be able to at least attempt to buy ASM units. This suggestion was suggested a few pages back when I asked about the same issue too. |
