Anyone of you encounter problem FPX won't direct back to ASNB website after a successful unit purchase? It happened to me several times.. Saw the message "your transaction is successful, please wait..". I waited quite long and nothing happened so I had no chance to even try to buy the same fund.. Who knows it's a big sale 😂

Max online redemption per month is only RM500? Anybody knows why? It's our own money, why can't we redeem more than RM500?

And what does it mean by no of trans allowed is 3 times per month?

Well RM500 is quite a small amount, would appreciate a higher redemption is allowed cuz not everyone enjoys to visit the bank/ASNB to queue and wait

Did you use the web or app? I managed to get some units with Boost earlier this week. Before this, there was once I couldn't proceed because I only topped up my Boost with credit care so had to let go.

However, I received this 'Reject code - 068 (Boost) everytime I choose Boost as payment method in app.. Just can't proceed with Boost in app, must choose FPX..

Glad to know I ain't the only one facing this issue in Boost.. Perhaps they need to get the app problem rectified soon!

Aiya.. Now you mentioned, I was so dumb did not think of topping up my Boost to continue with the transaction. I just gave up!

Seriously? Before that only money reloaded via online banking can invest into ASNB using Boost... I hv already topped up some amount using my banking account. If I had known this earlier, I wouldn't have done that since I can earn cashback by reloading it using CC.

No, I just let the switch units page stayed and enter a fresh TAC each time using web.

And I did manage to switch some today!

UPDATE: After a while I guess have to return to the page to re-enter the switching amount but I didnt count the time stayed at the page or how many clicks I've attempted...
