my RM performs beyond my expectation. I tell her my password locked out, i dont have time to wait 2 hours, i want it NOW. she say come to the office. very long queue. she waited for me in front of the door, escorted me in potong all the queues, deleted my account and setup a new one. all done in less than 20 mins (ASNB office is just 5 min away from my place)Yes..some of the RMs from banks are better trained.

she also arranges free gifts if you ask properly. there's the usual umbrella, bags, pens, etc. but what u want is power banks & health bands. they do give them out to HNWI. just ask nicely and they will be glad to assist.
